This is my entry for the Keos Masons contest "Sinners": the theme was to give your spin on one of the seven deadly sins and loosely follow the style of the original Sinners series from Marco Plouffe.
I chose to do the sin of pride, I took inspiration from classic representations of pride, mirrors, fallen angels, gold and purple (Colors usually associated with royalty or nobility), and a couple of monsters that aligned with what I had in mind.

Pride - King of Mirrors has 2 pairs of wings made of mirrors and a belt where he traps tormented souls in his golden crystals. From far away he looks like a magnificent angel singing siren songs that charm anyone who can hear. But if you are lured near him you will see the most horrible and ugly version of yourself reflected in his wings and then reflected onto yourself for everyone to see. You are cursed to be forever a hideous creature unless you surrender your soul to regain your "proud beauty", but we all know making a pact with a demon never goes as planned...
